Summer 2017 Class Schedule
June 5 - July 28, 2017
Our summer classes will begin on Monday, June 5th, and this year includes the addition of our Personal Performance Bootcamp. This class will take portions from our sport performance programming and combine them into an intense 45-minute workout that will help you perform better every day. The class is free to Healthworks' members but does require advanced sign-up and the total number of participants is limited. Also new this summer is our use of the Spivi app for the scheduling and sign-up of all group exercise classes! Check with your instructor or the front desk for more information.
